Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Toppings
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (for layering)
  • 1 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (for topping)

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly across the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
Layer the Toppings
  1. Spread the salsa evenly over the creamy base. Sprinkle with 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Add the green pepper, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, and celery in even layers.
Finish with Cheese
  1. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors blend. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
