Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced or thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ to ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut-side down, ensuring the pan is not overcrowded.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
  5. Serve immediately, with optional additional Parmesan, red pepper flakes, or lemon juice.
